• Provisions shall be made in frames of external doors and windows for fixing of fly proof shutters. Windows shall have MS Grill of elegant design.
• Central solar Hot water system will be provided and all Hot water pipe lines shall be insulated.
• Elevators - Elevators will be of Otis / Johnson / Kone make with automatic doors. One lift will be 8 pass.
• Security - There will be single entrance gate with Security office and lounge. All flat owners will be provided with Hologram stickers of Phoenix Blossom for identification of vehicles.
• Landscapes - The central open space other than enclosed club will be fully landscaped with Flowery Plants and Trees. There will also be a Joggers track all along the compound and will have interlocking paying block flooring.
